EverLiv is owned and operated by Merly Bermudez, a Registered Nurse with professional experience in both the Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit. Before entering healthcare, Merly worked in the luxury hospitality industry earlier in her career, and the blend of both professions led her to build a business rooted in thoughtful, detail-oriented care, where clinical knowledge is paired with an elevated, client-centered experience. She is deeply committed to helping patients feel informed, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their health and wellness journey.

Outside of EverLiv, Merly is a devoted mother to her 9-year-old son and an avid tennis player; bringing the same focus, balance, and intention to her life as she does to her work.

EverLiv operates under the guidance of a dedicated Medical Director, a board-certified family practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience. Alongside a trusted team of highly skilled nurses, Merly ensures every interaction reflects professionalism, compassion, integrity, and grace.
